Study abroad!!
I went to Fukuoka with my friend because my friend ‘Sanae’ will study abroad new Zealand today. I arrived at Fukuoka airport at 12:00, we have a lunch. After that, we met her and took a picture. Many people came to send off. We made an alubum for her. I gave the alubum. She was very surprised. I was happy she is pleased it. At 2:00 she has to go plane. We were very sad but I don’t cry. I thought she wants to cry the most. I want to wait her with changing myself. I cheer her!!! 112

Goldilocks and the Three Bears
Once upon a time, there was a little girl, her name was Goldilocks. She have lovely golden hair and she wasn’t good. Because she liked do something naughty every day. Her mother sais ‘If you stop being naughty, your hair will be blue.’ But Goldilocks doesn’t believe there. Also she put salt in the sugar pot. Her father was very surprised at eating dishes. Next, she gave her little brother hair cut. She thought what shall I do next. She remembered the woods. However her mother always said ‘you must not go to the woods. There are some bears.’ That made Goldilocks to want to go there even more. She wait the time no one come here and she go out her house. She went to the dangerous woods. There aren’t any bears at all.’ Goldilocks skipped around a corner and saw a pretty house. Goldilocks knocked on the door but there was no answer. She entered the house. There were three dishes, one is big second is middle and third is small size. At first, she ate big dishes but it too cold. Also, she ate middle dishes, it was too hot. So she ate small dishes, it was much too her. She ate it all up. She wants to sit somewhere so she found three chair. At first, she sit big chair. But it was very hard. Next, she middle chair but it was too soft. She sit down small chair. The chair was break. Next, she went to bed room. There were three beds in the house. At first she tried the first bed. But it was too hard. She tried the second bed, it was too soft. She tried the third bed. It was just to her. So, she slept in the bed. While she was sleeping, three bear back to them house. They saw someone entered them house. They went to place to eat. Small bear find his dishes were empty. Next they went to the chair. Small bear’s chair was broken. So, they went to bed room. The girl slept in the bed. She got up later, she was very surprised. I went to go out the forest. She ran home as fast as she could go.

The Dragon Painter
Main character is Chang. He is good painter and famous. So, everyone come to sea his paint. His picture is best of all. One day he met a priest. He said that there is a huge statue and his head was smeared because some birds make a nest. So, he climb the huge statue and paint a big bird. Little bird flew away. One day, the emperor of China asks him to paint his new temple. So, he planned the paint. He painted four dragons. Many people come to the temple to sea the paint. The paint was perfect except writing eyes. Second dragon was green, third dragon was gold and last dragon was red. All dragons had no eyes. Chang turned the Emperor and he said I can not paint their eyes because dragon was magical creature, if I paint his eyes, they will come to life. However, the emperor did not believe his saying. He asked paint their eyes. Chang had to obey his request. So, he paint four dragons in their eyes. These four dragons became real. They break his temple and two dragons flew higher and higher. Other two dragons were painted chain by Cheng. Now, these two dragons became the best painting in China. This story was very interesting. Also, I could read easily. 243

Princess Polly and the Pony
I read a book, title is Princess Polly Pony. I choose the book because picture is pretty. Store was that there was a princess Polly, she likes riding pony. However her parents would not her to ride pony because she got mud. So, her father try to show her crown collection. When she went to show crown collection, she found a poster which written Pony games. The game can dress up and run. So, princess Polly waiting the day coming. She thought costume and the day is coming. She got up and change her dress and she went to home by riding a horse. The race began and she won the race. She had to show her parents because she won the race. So, she showed her face. Her parents was angry. However her parents have to listen to her request. So, she wish she would not to be a princess. She wants to ride pony once a week. Her parents listened her request. She could ride a pony. The story was interesting. Princess pony is very active and pretty. 198

BR: The Hare and the Tortoise
The Hare and the Tortoise
I choose this book because I like series. This story is Harry Hare loved running more than anything in the world. He always runs from morning to evening. So, everyone said ’he was the fastest hare in the forest. Harry was sure of it. Also, Tom Torroise worked with Harry. He didn’t think Harry was so special. Harry was always laughing at him. One day, Harry ran to work in record time. He said ‘ I must be the fastest creature in the world.’ Harry couldn’t believe it when Tom Tortoise plodded over. ‘Are you serious?’ asked Harry. You wouldn’t even get star started.’ For the few days, the animals talked about nothing else. The story was in all the newspapers. It was even on television too. Harry trained extra hard. He work up early and he runs from morning to evening. He knew he would win, but he wanted to win by miles. He chose a good long course for the race. Tom Tortoise didn’t seem to be training at all. Perhaps he thought there was no point.
At last, Saturday arrived. All Harry’s friend came to watch the race. And everyone thought Harry would win. Tom’s friends were there too but everyone didn’t look so happy. Saturday was a beautiful day. When the race will start, Harry and Tom were already at the start line. The race is started. Harry raced off and disappearerd at once. Everyone laughed as poor Tom which plodded over the line. As soon as running, he rest beside a tree. After all his early morning training, Harry was very tired. He thought that he would still win the race easily. Tom Tortoise was very slowly but he went o his way. His friends cheer him. Nobody saw Harry sleeping under his tree. Hours passed. The sun was setting and the air was cool. Harry wake up and remembered the race. He runs and see the finish line now. But everyone were already cheering. At that moment harry saw a small, brown shell coming up the line. Harry couldn’t catch up Tom. Tom Tortoise had won.
This story means you thought if you aren’t careful, you would be beaten. I like this story. When I was kindergarten, I read this book. This book could teach for children easily.

I choose this book because I was interested in fearful cover. This main character is Per and his girl friend, Nina, live in a big town. They are on holiday in the country. They are driving on a road near a big forest. ‘ It’s beautiful here,” Per said.” Let’s stop the car and walk in the forest.” However the forest is very dark and quiet. Nina said ‘I don’t like the place, I want to back to car.” Suddenly, Per falls over a tree. ‘Are you OK?’ Nina said. Then he sees some old stone. He thought that this is the very strange stone. Also, he move them with his hands. They are very heavy. ‘There’s a hole under the stones,’ he says. He put his hand into the hole. ‘Be careful’ Nina said. But he thought there aren’t animals in this dark forest. Per took something. He go out his hands from the hole. This is an golden old cup. ‘ look at this cup Nina, It’s very interesting but why this cup is here?’ There are a strange word on it. Nina looks the cup too. She thought it is beautiful and very expensive. The forest became very dark and cold. They go out the forest with taking the cup in his hand. They walk buck his car. Suddenly, Per stops. ‘What is it? Nina asks. Per looks something into the trees. ‘There is a man there,’ he said. But Nina doesn’t look anything. Per looks it again. ‘You’re right.’ He says. They went to a small town and they find a small hotel. Near the hotel is a museum. ‘We can take the cup to the museum in the morning.’ Per said. In this night, Per can’t sleep and goes to the window of his room. Also, he looks hotel garden. A strange man is standing there, he can’t move. Nina comes his room and Per said’ there is a strange man there.’ However Nina can’t see the man. In the morning, they go to the museum. Per and Nina take the cup to museum curator. ‘Do you know about this?’ Per asks. The curator looks the cup long time. ‘Where is it from?’ he said. ‘ I find the cup into hole in dark forest,’ Per said. ‘Take the cup back to the forest…now,’ the curator says. ’ Why? ’ Per asks. ‘Do you see the old words on the cup?’ The words says ’ This cup belongs to Hakon. Be careful.’ ‘Hakon is an old Viking name, there are some Viking graves in the forest. This cup is from Hakon’s grave. Take in back there now.’ After that, Par and Nina are drinking coffee in the hotel. ‘ Let’s take the cup back to the forest,’ Per says. ‘Are you crazy?’ Nina says. ‘Do you believe old man story? Hackon is only dead Viking.’ Suddenly Per sees the strange man across the room. ‘Look!’ he says. ‘Hakon is here! He’s in this café!’ Per across the room. But the man isn’t there. He back to the table but Nina and the cup isn’t there. Nina get on his car and driving away from the hotel very fast. Nina doesn’t stop. She is driving away with cup. Nina run away from the town. She is driving fast, very fast. But she isn’t afraid. Because she is thinking only money. Money is important to Nina. The cup is in a bag near her. Nina looks at it and smiles. She thinks Per is crazy. He is afraid of old stories about dead Vikings. But the cup belongs to me now. I’m taking it to Oslo. I can sell it there.’
Per runs to the museum and find the old curator. ‘Where is the cup?’ says the old curator. ‘My girlfriend has now,‘ Per answers. ‘That’s too bad, the cup belongs to Hakon. There are strange stories about Viking ghost. Take my car and go after your girlfriend!’
Nina drives for a long time. It is getting dark. There are no cars on the road. She can’t any towns or houses or people. But Nina thinks about money again and she is happy. Now it is raining. Suddenly, Nina sees a strange man. He is standing on the road. He is looking at Nina! His face is dark and angry. Nina scream and scream. She can’t stop the car and she can’t see the road. She only sees the man’s angry face. His eyes are cold and angry. The car leaves the road and hits a tree. Then it fall into a river. The water closes over the car. The car, Nina and the cup are in the river.
Later, the police come and take the car from the river. A policeman looks into the car. ‘there is a girl in here but she is dead.’ Per is there too. He is very unhappy about Nina. Suddenly, he sees a man. The old man is walking into the forest. He has his cup.
This story was not happy end but I fell this story is interesting. I thought it is not good to think about money. I care from the story.

I choose this book because picture is very beautiful. Sky is blue, nature is green and sea is very beautiful. I became I want to go New Zealand. This story is that Sarah and Jessica went to trip in New Zealand. At the airport, they caught a taxi. When they get off the taxi in front of the bus station. They found mobile phone. However, they didn’t know whose the mobile pone is. The screen left a name of place which someone would go tomorrow. So, they went to a beach but anyone come there. Next day, the screen left a message again. So, they went to the place. They enjoyed bungee jumping. They found the person who drop off the mobile phone. 137

The story was that James and Chantal went to Blue cat club evening. When they have dinner, a man of magic come to them. His name is Merlin. So he taught Chantal and starting magic. James saw the scene, he dose not like the scene. Merlin started magic to James. Merlin guide him to a box and he pierce some swords. Also, Marlin opened the door. James’s abdomen shed blood. Marlin is in a hurry. However it was on purpose. James had tomato juice and put his clothe. He said it was my magic! Chantal loves James very much.

Stories of Santa
This story was about Santa. I choose this book because I like Christmas. December Santa’s factory is very busy because they have to make many many toys. There were many dwarfs in Santa’s factory. A dwarf fell in the machine. The machine was manufacturing many toys. So, dwarfs dolls are manufacture by the machine. Santa was angry but he decided to distribute those dolls. Christmas is coming, Santa ride on a sled and parks every home. He squeezed the chimney and put a present. Also, he went to next home. When he willing to go next town, his reindeer get thirsty. So, he stopped in a river. People came to the Santa and they were angry to Santa. However, he didn’t know why people were angry. He jumped into his sleigh and get off in next house. Then, other Santa was in the house. He was fake Santa. He was caught by police. So, he finished his work. This book pictures is very cute I like Christmas. This Christmas were very interesting. There was a princess. Her name is Poppy. One day, Poppy was furious became her father make marry but she never wants to marry him. So, Poppy declared “ I’ll find another prince to marry.” She picked up golden ball and she went to palace pond. She wobbly stone and she wibbled. She fell down the palace pond. Her golden ball fell out the deep dark pond. A flog appeared to her and the flog said” Let me help you” She was very surprised because she has never met talking frog. The frog said ”I can pick up your golden ball but you have to promise me. Promise that you’ll let me live in your palace.” She said I promise that. The frog picked up the golden ball and hand over the ball to her. She run away to palace. When she had dinner, the frog visited her palace. He entered to palace and he had dinner too. She picked him up and threw him out of palace. However, she realized what she has done and she went to garden, picked up the frog. She prayed and kiss him. There was a loud crash of thunder. As standing a young prince. Poppy asked the prince” What happened to you?” He answered “One day, a witch cast a spell on me.” Also, he said “Will you marry me?” Poppy said “ I will.”

The Town Mouse and The Country Mouse
There was a little brown mouse. His name was pipin. He lives alone. In spring, he spends taking a nap listening a bird singing. In summer, he growing wild strawberries and cut grass for his winter bed. One day, he heard the sound of foot steps and the door was opened. A mouse is standing and se says “It’s your cousin. I’ve come to stay. ” pipn prepared for Toby a soft seat but he said that it is too damp. Pipin took him on a walk but the flowers made him sneeze. One night, he prepared his best nuts and berries but he said “I hate nuts. In town, we eat like kings,” Also, he said, “The country is horrible, you’ll never want to live here again if you come to my country.” The next day, they went to a station to take a train. A train is coming and they caught a rucksack pocket. The train arrived at the station. They got off from a rucksack and walked busy street. Toby took him to house. His house is very big!!! They played with toys and they ate cheese, pie, chocolate and cakes very much. Suddenly, the table shook. It was a cat licking her lips. The cat run after them but they could get away from the cat. Pipin said to Toby “ I want to go home.” The next morning, Toby gave him a map to the station and Pipin leave Toby’s house. Pipin run to the station and hid in a bag to get the station. In midnight, Pipin arrived at his hedge. He said “this is the life”.
This story’s character is very cute. I like this story. Pipin likes slow life but Toby live in town. So they don’t suit. 335

Trip to Ngasaki
January 17th
Today, I and my friend went to Nagasaki because my friend, Sanae will study abroad to New Zealand this month so we will make memory with her. I had to get together at 9:00 but I waked up at 8:00. I was late for the time. So, I forgot taking my cell phone. I get back my house and I went to them again. At last I arrived at 10:00. Next, we went to ride a ferry boat. We went to Shimabara by ferry. In the ferry, we can see a sea mew. I feed a sea mew. About 30minuts, the ferry arrived at Shimabara. We left for Nagasaki in the city. We drove a car about one hour and thirty minutes. We arrived Chinatown, we ate ‘tyanpon’ . It was good taste. After that, we went to grabber house. There were some shop and we made key holder. The shop clerk curved our name. so, these key holder were original. Also, we went to port and entered a café. We saw downing sun set. It was very beautiful. It became dark, we can see the night view. Nagasaki is famous for night view. It was very beautiful too. After that, we left for Kumamoto. We go out in Nagasaki at 7:30. I arrived at Kumamoto about 9:00. It was very enjoying trip. I want to go again. Next year, Sanae will come back and we will go somewhere again. We can make good memory.

Nagasaki is famous for night view. It was very beautiful too. After that, we left for Kumamoto. We go out in Nagasaki at 7:30. I arrived at Kumamoto about 9:00. It was very enjoying trip. I want to go again. Next year, Sanae will come back and we will go somewhere again. We can make good memory.

coming of age day
January 12th.
Today is coming of age day. I got up at 6:00 and went to beauty parlor to makeup, hair set and to dress kimono. I was make pink eye shadow and pink cheek. My hair is up. My kimono is black and tie is gold. It was finished at 9:15. I have to go hall till 10:00. So I went to grand mother’s house hurry. And I took a picture with them and we left to the hall. I arrived at hall 9;45. I met many friends which same junior high school. I was very happy. I took many pictures and I and my friends went to You me town because I want to show my part time job. I went to marino, orner gave me ticket which 3,000yen free. I was very happy too. After that, we took print-club and we left in the city. Then, I met some friends and took a picture. So, we went to home early and took off kimono. I wear one piece and coat because there is alumni at 6:00. I’m a secretary of an alumni association. So I had to go hotel at 5:30. I went to hotel with friend. I arrived at 5:30 and prepared reception. I am a receptionist. At 6:00 everyone started coming and alumni started at 7:00. We have prepare for this alumni from August. I enjoyed the party very much. I could talk with many people. I was very enjoying!! After that, we went to a continuation of a party at another place. We went to ‘jian’ it was bar. We drunk and my friends prepared champagne tower seacret. I was surprised at the tower. Next, we gamed who early eating hamburger! I took part in ice cream part. But I was very slow…
I can be good friend with many people. When I have not ever spoken to the persom, I could talk. We continue our party to 1:00. Tomorrow, I have class but I left by the end. I and my friends caught a taxi and went to home. The driver knew our is twenty years old. So, he stopped the charge, and we could go to home about half charge. It was very lucky!!! I thought I wanted to get together again.

The story was that James and Chantal went to Blue cat club evening. When they have dinner, a man of magic come to them. His name is Merlin. So he taught Chantal and starting magic. James saw the scene, he dose not like the scene. Merlin started magic to James. Merlin guide him to a box and he pierce some swords. Also, Marlin opened the door. James’s abdomen shed blood. Marlin is in a hurry. However it was on purpose. James had tomato juice and put his clothe. He said it was my magic! Chantal loves James very much. 128

January 2nd
January 2nd,Today, I got up at 10:00 and I went to part time job. I had to work from 11:00 to 20:00. I was very tired but I have holiday tomorrow. I worked for 4 days from 30th to 2nd. Tomorrow, I will go to Fukuoka with my friends. We will go shopping. However, my friend catch in a cold so she can't go shopping. I was very shocked. Next day I went to go shopping with my mother. I bought one piece to wear an alumni. I bought black one piece in smacky glam. Next, I bought black coat and shoes. I was very enjoying shopping. I came home about at 18:00. My father was waiting us cooking curry. We ate the curry. It's very delicious. My father is good cooker and his curry is the most delicious in my family. Are you able to cook curry well?
